Bartlett Photography & Design has been operating since 1998, just not always with a name. Rusty Bartlett has been a professional photographer and graphic designer since then, doing work as a freelance artist for sports clubs, websites, musical acts and just about anyone who needed his talents. In 2004 Rusty along with his brother, fellow graphic designer and illustrator, Matthew Bartlett, started working under the name Bartlett Photography & Design. Shortly after in early 2005, the first iteration of this website went live, which has gone through numerous transformations since then.

We are located in Chesterfield County, VA and serve all of Central Virginia. We specialize in Portraits, including Families, Children, Seniors, Engagement and Bridal, Glamour, Head Shots, and our favorite, Pets! Our other photographic services include Weddings, Musical Acts, Sports, or any other events.

In addition to photography, we offer digital services to include:
